Free Market Architecture: Spawn Library

The Spawn Library was built in 2016 after Liberty Minecraft’s beta test and before the official launch. This Library sells most types of enchanted books, but the Library grounds include a horse stable, a stone generator, a compact farm for obtaining cow leather, a station for binding books, and a villager trading area for producing emeralds to be exchanged for enchanted books, tools, and armor. The Spawn Library is it’s own little economy!

The Library also features a ChestShop design (invented by yours truly) with chests that self-stabilize their inventory. If the chest is getting empty, it automatically refills from bulk storage. If it’s becoming quite full, the extra books are shelved in bulk storage. All of this is achieved using vanilla minecraft redstone.

To visit the Spawn Library, travel east from /spawn or find NullCase’s portal network.
